The phone consultant was very helpful , and explained all, The only complaint is they could not for some reason not send the soft copy through to my email, but i will get hard copy in the post so no real problem

Pretty much standard as being perfomed by a call centre representative. Although her performance was what I expected, she was infact a wanted pleasure to deal with. I have in other times dealing with other call centres, have not had a pleasant experience at all.
