The experience I had while taking out my insurance policy was so pleasant, I have anxiety and can be very slow and difficult, but the consumer service person I had this day was so lovely, patient and knowledgeable in the details and requirements I needed he opened my policy signed me up and left me very rest assured in what was put in place. Due to my senior moment (which I'm reminded about from my lovely family) I have forgotten this gentleman's name, but am very grateful for his patience and care and thank him for his wonderful service.
