I found the call taker spoke a little too fast for me to properly hear the terms and conditions. Apart from that she was helpful and easy to talk to. I'm happy with my experience on the phone with nz seniors.

The people who k was talking to on the phone were great and very professional. I find it very hard talking on the phone, I always have because of severe anxiety, but they were very understanding when I couldn't find the words I wanted to say, and were very patient. They helped making it a pleasure to call.
