We are retired and do not get out of bed till 9.30ish, because I dont go to bed until 1-2 in the morning doing stuff on my computer.....so to be woken up early was not nice and was not even asked if this was a good time to call.....Victor just went into his speel......your people should ask and I would have told Victor to all back after 11.00 when I have had my coffee and breaky....was a bit terse with him, sorry.

Prompt response on draft docs (email) enabled confirmation of policy. On review of docs discovered error no doubt my fault (hearing is an issue). Amendment resolved in 24 hours. Confirmation of Policy proceeded. Excellent! Thanks to all staff involved especially Frances.!
