The prompt service was great and Frances was lovely to talk to. My only comment would be the spiel that you need to agree to at the end. It goes on for so long I don't know how many people would really know what they were agreeing to and you only get a yes or no answer.

Exceptional service from a young lady at the end of her shift, when some young ones would have a slight rush in the sale at the end of their day, Danielle sounded as if she was just starting her day.
