The lady (in Australia) was very knowledgeable, she was pleasant to deal with. I find when people read from a script, they tend to talk fast and don't stop to give first time clients to ask a question. You have to continually interrupt them to ask a specific question about what they have said (which made me feel uncomfortable).

To be honest, if I hadn't had made up my mind from my own personal research, I definitely would not have signed up based on the service.
