Quick response to my request for information regarding their insurance policies. A very informative and friendly staff member who gave clear and detailed answers and portrayal of their products. Unlike my experiences with other insurance companies, I felt in no way being coerced to purchase their product. My questions were answered clearly and informative., professionally and with a courteous and friendly tone.

The young man was an extremely good customer service person. He explained the company philosophy and ethos very well and I was very impressed with the ways in which the company cared for its clients. He also listened to my questions and replied to them fully and clearly He explained the fee structure well and i was able to take an affordable policy which will be a blessing to me.
