The person we dealt with had a patient and understanding manor towards me and my wife, and being elderly we found that very relaxing. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us both. I let my wife continue to complete the transaction, she thought the whole service was 5 star!

It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders.
