It was dearer than I thought but with the benefits I can understand why. I especially love that the premiums reduce every 5 years and that they are guaranteed never to increase.

Courteous person on the phone - excellent discussion on what was offered for the Funeral Policy. Good help with completing the application. Prompt email response and postage of policy documents. My only concern is the credit rating of B. I would have preferred one of A. But trust that payments will happen and the parent company remains stable

Surprised with what the policy offered . Very happy with the payments and reduction after 12 months, and to know I'm covered immediately makes me feel comfortable knowing my children won't have a problem with funds as it triples my cover from 10k to 30k.after my death...Very Happy 😊 ☺
