Im someone who was looking to get cover for my grandmother, i called and from the start of the call i was given great info on the policys they have, great customer service, the lady i spoke with was very polite and very straight forward, there was no muck around no problems, smooth easy sign up and am now happy to say my grandmother wil be very well looked after when her time comes. Its great because I was declined life insurance due to my BMI too high & I cldnt find any other provider that would insure funeral cover for my age group. (31). Snr funeral insurance is also great as its affordable
