I found the individual who dealt with me to be extremely personable and polite. As well she was patient but most of all she responded in a like-minded manner with humour and laughter. Overall she maintained the integrity of the service she was promoting with clarity and honesty, it seemed. I was happy throughout the interaction. Everything was explained, organised and completed over the phone. I had spent the previous couple of days investigating life insurance and insurance companies run for cover, and some even kick you out (happened to us 2019), when they hear the word cancer. So with the funeral insurance, I'm covered when the inevitable happens and feel very reassured. None of the insurance companies I spoke to, recommended funeral insurance btw, my husband had signed up for funeral insurance with NZ Seniors earlier this year, so that's why I proceeded.
