Quick response to my request for information regarding their insurance policies. A very informative and friendly staff member who gave clear and detailed answers and portrayal of their products. Unlike my experiences with other insurance companies, I felt in no way being coerced to purchase their product. He was patient - I was attending a funeral - he called me back later. Then my mum had a stroke (recovered) so my discussion with him was garbled so we arranged for him to call back the next week which he did so I was appreciative of his apathy and persistence

I selected the $10,000 cover as the policy was able to incorporate any unexpected changes in personal circumstances until around the age of 80. The policy also includes some refund or bonus payout options which has given me relief that as a "single" person my death will not impact anyone else having to pay for it!
