Prompt response to initial enquiry. Encouraging conversation/ communication to establish need and purpose of new policy. A 'Top Up'. Prompt response on draft docs (email) enabled confirmation of policy. On review of docs discovered error no doubt my fault (hearing is an issue). Amendment resolved in 24 hours. Confirmation of Policy proceeded. Excellent! Thanks to all staff involved especially Frances.!

A very long wait time to get to talk to a human voice. I rang to cancel my husbands policy as he has passed away. He passed under the 12 month threshold. I was asked to provide a death certificate in order to cancel the policy. This is rediculous as they are not issued for up to 6 weeks after the death has been registerd. Effectively this would have meant 3 more fortnightly payments. If a person rings to cancel a policy for whatever reason they should not have to even give a reason and certainly should not be part of the ceasation process. Sending an email confirmation without a reason should be sufficient.

I am very disappointed to discover after doing the maths to find that for $8000.00 cover I would be paying over $20, 000.00 in premiums by the time I turned 90 years of age. To say I was shocked is an understatement and am taking the cooling off option of cancelling. I should have asked about administration fees!!!

Disappointing, simply due to the dictatorial way I was spoken to and the fact that the sales person appeared to lack thorough product knowledge demonstrated by the apparent necessity to keep checking with the manager to answer simple questions I put to the sales person. Also, I was really frustrated that my name was incorrectly spelled which I didn't discover until confirmation of cover arrived, and I have since had corrected! However, the product itself was attractive when compared with what is available in the market place currently
