It was very easy to understand all aspects of my policy. The man on the other end " so gutted I don't remember his name" explained clearly and had so much patience and understanding with me. Their staff member Zak made my dealing with seniors easy and informative with no hard sale, a touch of humour but also a high level of sensitivity. Making sure that I clearly understood the arrangement within the policy putting me at ease with my decision. He included details of seniors underwriters so I could confirm their status and providing a good sense of stability.

The rep was thorough although spoke quite fast (He was a good salesman). Product was quite expensive compare to an offer from my existing insurance. However it did offer greater benefits particularly if I live beyond 85 years (Unlikely as I have cancer which may shorten my life somewhat). Overall a good experience.
