The lady was very pleasant to deal with, went through everything very thoroughly, understood my situation. The longer term benefits, discounts, one year refund are all helpful. No hesitation with proceeding.

I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed. I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. Victor phoned me 1 minute after I logged a request for a quote. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole process so simple. I was originally going to get quotes from multiple companies but the process was so simple, easy to understand, and suited exactly what I needed. Having a few other insurance policies I also found NZ Seniors to be remarkably good value.
