I made and online enquiry and this was followed up within 5 minutes with a call from your agent. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and listened well. My background is financial services (was the GM of the FMA amongst other senior roles) and appreciated hsi excellent service

The prompt service was great and Frances was lovely to talk to. My only comment would be the spiel that you need to agree to at the end. It goes on for so long I don't know how many people would really know what they were agreeing to and you only get a yes or no answer.
