They kept in contact all the way through my dramas with bills, etc and then when my finances finally settled down my premium, payments, etc were set up and explained meticulously. Very friendly and understanding. I certainly did not feel just like a number. Nice touch for big business lol. Well done

I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed.
