I had a beautiful experience.. The person I spoke too was very helpful & understanding of my needs & wants.. I felt heard & understood... She explained the options to me but in a way that I could understand & not make me feel like I absolutely had too go with what she was saying (if you know what I mean). I am happy & over the moon with my choice knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of when I depart..
