Only 1 day to debit my account during the evaluation period and 10 days to reverse that billing when I decided to cancel. I got a much better and cheaper funeral policy from AIA. I will not recommend your product or company.

Was seeing these adds for ages and got a call from Frances she was very clear and easy to understand as just going to get quote but decided she had answered all my questions why wait as I hadn't had any life insurance for years.As it wasn't affordable compared to a lot over the years so I went ahead got it sorted.Only thing I recommend as I done customer sales over phone we had a recording that we let customer listen to reply they agreed save my voice and gave you a better legal info for future.

See beginning all there wonderful was going to do funeral but had moment life insurance for 7 years half the price but only $8000 best stick with them at moment but Frances said call me in today days afternoon was exactly what she did I always did what I said I do she kind caring very professional

I'm 71 years old, living on a pension and I didn't think I could afford it but then I knew I had to do something. I rang Seniors Funeral Insurance and was dealt with by a lovely young man, who carefully explained the process to me, Tristan was his name, we talked and I hung the phone, no pressure, just a solid conversation where he explained everything to me. I thought about it overnight and rang back the day, requesting to speak to Tristan, I signed up and now feel a great sense of satisfaction that I am covered and will not be a burden to my family. Thank you, Tristan and Seniors Funeral Insurance ❤️🙏
