Customer service was top notch A++ friendly and polite. policy terms and conditions were professionally delivered in a way I could better understand what's expected of me within the policy. The time taken to ask questions to ensure I understood the policy jargon was very soothing and mind settling. I appreciated the way he took the time to find the best option I wanted and not try to enforce a higher rate onto me, so working through the options to best suit my affordability. The explanation of the process from here was also greatly welcomed. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe e te tohunga o tēnei mahi. Thank you soo much for a beautiful experience.

The caller needs to be advised because of his persistent push on keeping me in the phone even though I told him I needed to go, I was late doing my own job and passengers had to pay the price of my lateness.
