The policy was explained very clearly in detail as to what would be provided and the cover, costs etc. Friendly manner and life insurance was offered but refused as not necessary.

Having decided upon taking out life insurance for the benefit of my 3 adult children so the impact of the costs of my funeral doesn't leave them in debt, I was fortunate enough to be speaking to a wonderful person who took me through the whole process with courtesy, and compassion and always asked if i understood what he was saying to me, I had nothing but praise for him. He took his time with me and repeated what I didn't understand in such a caring and honest way. Together we worked on a affordable price that suited my needs and he made me feel so happy as there was no pressure, only respect, and with all that I was more than happy to put everything in place knowing upon my final day, I could rest in peace with the knowledge of knowing I wont leave a financial burden behind. I recommend all senior citizens to reexamine their lives and call Seniors Funeral Insurance if they don't have life insurance cover and let their very competent and caring staff work through affordable insurance cover that suits the amount they can afford to pay and to have that stress and concern for their families, taken away, and to continue living their lives with a huge smile of satisfaction knowing you've contributed to ensuring your loved ones need not fear of having to worry about “finding the money” Thank you to the wonderful male that took such a huge load off my shoulders, he deserves a Bonus.
