Was well explained Questions were easy to answer but one of the heart questions was hard to understand until she did a bit more research with her manager and then it became easier for me to understand. Approval was fast and it was able to fit into my budget. I only wished had a AP payment plan which is better for me to manage. But otherwise it was clearly explained Thankyou Reihana Ria

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.

We were impressed with the quick return of a phone call from our original email of inquiry. The man was professional, articulate, clearly understood and pleasant to talk to over the phone. He guided us through the process of our application smoothly and confidently which put us, (my wife and I) at ease with what we wanted to do. The process was not too time consuming and by the end of the conversation we had a policy in place with an email follow up and we are expecting a hard copy in the post shortly. Very impressed with the service. thank you
