Very please with the cover I have, thank you. I would have given it 5 stars but am a bit concerned that we have to wait a whole year before the funeral insurance kicks in. At our age that is quite a worry I can tell you!

Firstly would like to say thank you for calling me back re my inquiry about your product . The interview went well but could be . I was told that I will receive my documents by post was expecting it to arrive as I am leaving tomorrow to go overseas . I have not received which is disappointed if they are sent thru email it is much easier for me .

Hi, I am really pleased with my purchase because it expires when I am going to be turning 85 years old and I think that is the most important factor overall, as some insurances expire earlier. Well we will see how it goes. Thanking you Karen

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.

We were impressed with the quick return of a phone call from our original email of inquiry. The man was professional, articulate, clearly understood and pleasant to talk to over the phone. He guided us through the process of our application smoothly and confidently which put us, (my wife and I) at ease with what we wanted to do. The process was not too time consuming and by the end of the conversation we had a policy in place with an email follow up and we are expecting a hard copy in the post shortly. Very impressed with the service. thank you
