The start was awesome whilst purchasing my insurance, no problems, very clear and had some fun with the lady. Then came a call from an older male about beneficiaries, I'm a bit hard of hearing and got my wife to listen in and she helped me understand, but Nooo, this said person wouldn't allow her to speak, talked over her even though she had permission to talk on my behalf previously, I got upset and told him so and he hung up.

Great service, lady was awesome, even though we had her cracking up. She did a great job. The person who rang about beneficiaries, was rude, talked over my wife, wouldn't let her speak. He hung up on us.. We still purchased and happy with that side

clear communications. Each aspect of the process and the company's privacy and legal requirements( for both the firm and myself) were carefully explained. The man I spoke with stopped several times during the process to check with me and my husband that we understood what was being discussed. We were given every opportunity to ask questions and encouraged to say what was on our minds, Barney was also very pleasant and professional at all times as well. That balance of professionalism while having a personable manner can be a challenge to get right. He did this beautifully.
