She was caring and supportive of hearing about my recent loss of my father which led me to sort out my funeral needs. Oh dang lost what I wrote ok I was hesitant when I applied for funeral insurance as I don't want my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren to be left with nothing when im gone in the past I have watched family members having to wait for banks to release payments I don't want my eldest daughter to go through the same thing even if there are family and friends who will help them when I spoke with this lovely gentleman on the phone I was going to hang up on him.but chose not to as I wanted to see the out come he was lovely gentle and very understanding I thank him very much.

Being superannuates and retired for some years now. And also taking into account our massive drop in income since retirement and World lock down during Covid, Followed by world events and leaders ? that have affected the entire globe fiscally. Events that have put way more pressure on parents trying to help out their adult children all working to even consider finishing their education, apprenticeship ,marrying and purchasing a home. Our retirement savings, went out the window. Because family comes first. So you reach into your nest egg. And its amazing how many years it took to build it, how quickly it can disappear when you are trying to stop your chicks from falling to the harsh reality pavement below. So in our mid 70's we now have to reassess and look at the inheritance we had hoped and worked to leave our children, as it is already spent. Helping them to eat,, house and heat their homes. Generally rented as they could not afford to buy with initial deposits sky rocketing. However in some way we wanted to ensure that they at least spared the burden of having to bury us and not just leave us where we fall. So we had a funeral policy with Seniors for a number of years, however were not sure that was the right fit and seriously if we could maintain the monthly payments So their website gave us some options. So after reading the information I rang them. With not much hope apart from cancelling the policy. To discuss the option and difference between funeral and life cover and lets be honest the monthly cost. Not exorbitant by any means, but growing our overdraft weekly due to other outgoings. And the universe must have heard me. Because tonight, we have a new policy that meets our requirements and is considerably more affordable. Thank you so much to Garreth and Nia who walked us through everything, having to repeat and check disclosure and proof of identity through most steps. Talking to myself as beneficiary and wife of over 50 years and my husband whose life was being insured. Within 15 mins we had the draft back via email to check it was correct. And when I needed to remedy a clause, I rang back and the lovely Nia did that and sent me 15 minutes later the amended policy. Thank You

Zac returned my query with a phone call but unfortunately I was unable to respond at that time and he arranged to call me back at convenient time for me which he did. He was great explaining all aspects of the policy with me and I felt very comfortable.
