Being an Asian I'm kinda hard up to grasp some of the words spoken but He was kind enough to keep explaining slowly every item that I can't understand Lots of questions that were asked and he managed to patiently explain or even repeat item per item

No wait time, the service was great, what was offered in regards to insurance was good. I spoke with two CS Reps and both of them sounded like they wanted to be on the phone call which impressed me as they must do so many calls per day. Everything was explained well and when sorting out what plan to choose, I went through many and it was not an issue for them to do this extra work for me while I decided. Not sure why the name 'Seniors Insurance' felt like it was s good idea but behind the name they have all the goods. Go for it, I say. 100 have my vote of confidence.

Very polite and patient. Was very personable. She referred to her manager and looked up other information on the spot if she was unsure , however also felt very trustworthy and knowledgable about what she was selling and wanting to ensure in was the right policy to apply to me. Sent information and verification through in a really timely manner. Good person.
