I replied to an advertisement about insurance via Facebook. The sales person who made contact with me was excellent and we discussed my options. I asked for a follow up call in two days time so I could discuss options with my wife. He contacted me as requested and we went ahead with the proposal. I found d the service was excellent and all my questions were answered and can report I'm really happy with decision to take up insurance

The person involved in my application was very patient and explained every thing carefully, I rang up originally to explain while moving I had lost info on my funeral insurance,,, I then inquired about seniors insurance,,, now I have an insurance policy as well,

I signed up on Friday and have still not received an email copy of my policy. I was told it would be emailed that afternoon. Today is Tuesday and no sign of it but the premium has been taken out of my account. Not good service.
