I selected the $10,000 cover as the policy was able to incorporate any unexpected changes in personal circumstances until around the age of 80. The policy also includes some refund or bonus payout options which has given me relief that as a "single" person my death will not impact anyone else having to pay for it!

I was pleased with the rapid response from NZ Seniors and the staff member who responded to my phone call (Danielle) was excellent. At no time was I pressured to select any funeral cover option other than the one I thought best suited my purposes.

My only concern is the credit rating of B. I would have preferred one of A. But trust that payments will happen and the parent company remains stable
