Quick response to my request for information regarding their insurance policies. A very informative and friendly staff member who gave clear and detailed answers and portrayal of their products. Unlike my experiences with other insurance companies, I felt in no way being coerced to purchase their product. I am very disappointed to discover after doing the maths to find that for $8000.00 cover I would be paying over $20, 000.00 in premiums by the time I turned 90 years of age. To say I was shocked is an understatement and am taking the cooling off option of cancelling. I should have asked about administration fees!!!

Disappointing, simply due to the dictatorial way I was spoken to and the fact that the sales person appeared to lack thorough product knowledge demonstrated by the apparent necessity to keep checking with the manager to answer simple questions I put to the sales person. Also, I was really frustrated that my name was incorrectly spelled which I didn't discover until confirmation of cover arrived, and I have since had corrected! However, the product itself was attractive when compared with what is available in the market place currently

I selected the $10,000 cover as the policy was able to incorporate any unexpected changes in personal circumstances until around the age of 80. The policy also includes some refund or bonus payout options which has given me relief that as a "single" person my death will not impact anyone else having to pay for it!
