The person I spoke on the phone with talked quickly and it was hard to understand her at times. She gave a huge lot of information at a time which was impossible to assimilate all at once. I knew I would be posted the information which I could read at my leisure and that I had a 30 day cooling off period so wasn't too worried in the first instance

It os not designed to help us - simply to protect you so you can say "we told them about this ..." But truly, a five minute spiel read out at great speed is of no value to anyone.
