Everything was extremely clearly explained on the telephone. When the paperwork arrived there was absolutely no surprises. So good to have a straight forward no nonsense insurance offered. I would highly recommend.

He was patient - I was attending a funeral - he called me back later. Then my mum had a stroke (recovered) so my discussion with him was garbled so we arranged for him to call back the next week which he did so I was appreciative of his apathy and persistence
