I found the individual who dealt with me to be extremely personable and polite. As well she was patient but most of all she responded in a like-minded manner with humour and laughter. Overall she maintained the integrity of the service she was promoting with clarity and honesty, it seemed. I was happy throughout the interaction. Surprised with what the policy offered . Very happy with the payments and reduction after 12 months, and to know I'm covered immediately makes me feel comfortable knowing my children won't have a problem with funds as it triples my cover from 10k to 30k.after my death...Very Happy 😊 ☺
