The customer service representative I had was AMAZING! They were patient, friendly, empathetic, genuine and very knowledgeable. I felt like I was their only customer for the entire day and did not feel rushed or insignificant. The best CSA I have had in a long time .. well done Aidan!

Because at the moment I haven't fully decided on my purchase, this may increase or decrease and I want to go over the information that is going to be sent to me to give me a better understanding of what I am purchasing and the different things that go with the policy I am purchasing. If I am happy with the all the information pertaining to the policy I am purchasing then my rating would go up.

My first impression based on your Representative that I spoke too was, very knowledgeable in the different policies you have and their prices, very helpful in talking to me about my option's, found him (Ashton) very easy to talk to because he was clear with the information he was giving me and gave me information about the approximate cost of the 2 types of funeral options I have been considering. I have never heard of Pinnacle Insurance until now.

Very friendly and understanding. I certainly did not feel just like a number. Nice touch for big business lol. Well done
