Never just follow the thinking that the cheapest is the best way. There are many variables to the pricing of funeral cover, and NZ Seniors has offered me more value for money than any of the rest. Do your research and you may come up with the same conclusion as I did...thanks NZ Seniors!

Sales rep was very easy to understand, and very engaging in the conversation with me. He was very attentive and listened when I spoke, too. He had a very caring attitude, and explained everything with ease. My experience with NZ Seniors has gotten off to a very good start....and I am covered for my funeral expenses now. When the call ended, I felt a huge relief just knowing I have made it possible for my daughter to give me the 'sending off' without the money factor burdening her.

I found my experience on my phone discussion re obtaining the quote I requested amounted to "pressurized salesmanship by the person dealing with my request for information. He spoke rapidly and attempts to cram information. If I wanted to ask questions/clarify points; I had to speak over him; butt in and halt the barrage non-stop torrent of his information which I found annoying, frustrating, and downright impolite. I was noting relevant significant points. Overall I feel I have been " put off" by the so-called "pressure tactics" employed for my quote discussion.
