I dealt with Eaton. He was very patient and answered all my questions like no-one had never asked them before, but without being patronising. There was no hard sell, he just relied on his extensive product knowledge, and explained it all to me. I did also contact Cigna at the same time. This company called me a week later. Eaton called me the next day. If you have any sales incentives I would like to nominate Eaton. I would also appreciate it if you could pass this on to his Manager. Eaton is a huge asset to your company. Thanks Lee Binks

The person we dealt with, (Harry) was very informative, pleasant, patient & didn't try to force or pressure us to anything we didn't require or need.Intead of using big 50 cent words, everything was explained in "language" we could understand. I checked out a few companies offering similar services and I selected you because although slightly more expensive this was offset by the benefits that my family can gain, especially if I can achieve the 12 month natural death stand down period. The instant accidental death cover is also good peace of mind.

Value for money contributed. I like the capped premium and the fact that I will not lose whatever I have paid into the policy. The fact that my beneficiaries will be paid out the higher of benefit or premiums paid is big plus factor. I like the reduction of 5% every 5 years. I like the 10% payback of premiums afetr 12 months. I like the fact that policy is valid after 12 months.
