I needed to up my level of funeral insurance and change my beneficiaries which meant dealing with different departments. The level of service I received was excellent. The staff were knowledgeable and competent, explained everything to a high standard and the interchange between departments was seamless. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend NZSeniors to others.

I was contacted within minutes of requesting a quote, by a lovely lady named Angel (she agrees its ironic) Angel stepped through each step, confirming that I understood each step. The cover amount and fortnightly payment amounts were talked about, and I settled on $7k. The offered start date made a huge difference to my budget. Again Angel confirmed all of the details. What an asset to NZ Seniors Funeral Insurance. It was my neighbour, Sue Murray, who had recommended your company some 12 months ago. A sibling had passed away recently and his daughter was left with a $1500 debt after the WINZ grant. I don't want that for me.
