Had a call on weekend regarding life insurance. Gentleman took my bank details and arranged a dd to come out at a later date unknown as no paperwork has been sent through. We need to cancel the whole dd payment and policy as we got a much better deal elsewhere Please email us once this has been activated Rebecca Jones

The support person, Tristan, who walked me through from beginning to end, was genuine, friendly and helpful and treated me in a manner that made me feel safe, heard and human, not just another number on the list. As a result of this amazing service and the thourough breakdown of the policy I enquired about, I purchased cover to help alleviate the stresses that may come at the end of my time on earth. Stephanie, l thinks this is her name was very thorough and to the point and had everything explained to me about the contract she arranged, an example being when l realised the payment from me was cheaper per week l increased my cover from 30k to 50k.

I recently signed up for funeral insurance with [Company Name], and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The lady I spoke with on the phone was fantastic – friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. She even made the whole process quite enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting given the topic! It feels good to have something like this sorted. Knowing my whānau won't have to deal with the financial side of things when the time comes is a real weight off my shoulders. Appreciate the excellent service and the genuine care. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about planning ahead.
