I appreciated that Angel took time throughout our phone conversation to ask if I had any questions. At no time was I made to feel pressured. I knew what I wanted and Angel made everything seamlessly easy. Angel is a real asset to your company.

Pretty much standard as being perfomed by a call centre representative. Although her performance was what I expected, she was infact a wanted pleasure to deal with. I have in other times dealing with other call centres, have not had a pleasant experience at all.
