Minutes after I asked a quote on the Seniors Insurance website, I got a phone call from a very friendly, knowledgeable lady. She was most helpful and could answer all my questions. Needless to say I gladly signed up for life insurance. I was pleased with the cover it provided, including a sum for terminal illness and funeral expenses. I had a choice in the full amount of cover which allowed affordable fortnightly premiums. Lorraine

This is a subject of sensitivity and very personal. I found the person I spoke with most considerate and made me feel comfortable discussing my needs. I think very well trained people person is very important. I'm happy with the whole process of purchasing this policy. I have been wanting to set something out for my family and this was ideal. At this stage I would like to commend Long on his expertise in this matter.

I have had trouble getting life insurance due to my illness but after speaking to Chris about it, he went above and beyond to find out if I would be covered without a huge loading on the policy. I was quite dubious still bue he assured me he has asked the underwriters, they have looked into the meds I am on and my disease and have said I will be covered under a normal policy. I was so grateful for Chris's help. He helped me decide how to do the funeral insurance with the life insurance so I had good cover for my family in the even I pass away, and so the premiums weren't enormous. Thanks so much, you've given me peace of mind.

Security and the thought of funeral costs being a big thing now so another 10 years it won't be any cheaper an being a maori they could be five days of on the marae....that's a bit of Kai. The point is I want coverage an a life insurance is the best thing for me and my children......
