The call centre contactwas very articulate and considerate in sharing information with me about the policy and being a policy holder. I was very satisfied with the interaction and when i needed clarity it was freely offered. I applied for a life insurance package of $50,000 to cover my funeral expenses and leave something for my children to inherit after I ascend to heaven.

After her deligently answering my questions an expanding with information i decided to go ahead. So many options offered to provide me with a clear decision for me to make.

I was very impressed with the care and personal interest your representative showed at a very heart wrenching time for me as it has only been 3 months since my husband passed. Also, her perseverance to complete the process as we have limited cell phone coverage at times and the signal would literally drop out in the middle of our conversation. Your representative offered a compassionate and empathetic approach right throughout the process and even though it took over a day or two of reconnecting to complete she persevered in a gentle and quiet manner, ensuring I was happy with all that I had agreed to. I very much appreciated her personal and caring approach. Thank you

I had pre - applied through a Facebook ad and within maybe 1-2hours I received a phone call. Going through all of the questions, terms and conditions and details, which by the way was very thorough, was completed in less than an hour. That was my fault, cos I am a bit of a story teller...lol AAA+ service (as mentioned earlier!
