I appreciated how patient she were in answering my questions and making sure I felt comfortable with the details before making any decisions. What stood out most was her sensitivity when discussing what can be a difficult topic. she approached the conversation with professionalism and empathy, which made the experience feel supportive rather than overwhelming.
