Kia koutou, I signed up yesterday with Senior Funeral Insurance cover and the consultation process was clear and transparent and all my questions that I asked were also answered clearly and easily understood. It was affordable and has taken a weight of me personally so my whānau don't need to worry financially when the time comes for me to be laid to rest. Ngā mihi Linda Rawiri.

I wanted information on life and funeral insurance. It seemed from the outset that the consultant was determined to have me signed up for one of their products before our conversation ended over the phone. What I got was a life insurance policy that i wasn't ready for. So, then I went through a rather drawn out withdrawal process before I was able to cancel my policy. The consultant was so focused on her sales pitch that I felt she completely missed the point of my enquiry. I wish I could of received the information I requested in the first place without the hard sell approach. I may return at a later time to sign up for insurance. Not sure at this stage.

Product is exactly what I want... no annual hikes in premiums and continuing cover after 85 with no further premiums. Triple cover for accidentally death is a nice addition also ... all over package very appealing.
