David who I dealt with was very professional in his approach and yet dropped in a couple of jokes as well which made you at ease talking to him - at the end we talked about his weather ( not knowing he was in Sydney and me in nz ) and then the cricket - nz v England

Has been awesome up until today. Yes agreed a payment did not go through Thursday 21/11/2024. Received a missed call at 1259 from 098841634 I rung it back at 1:00pm connected with your operator forgot to ask his name. Tried explaining that I had already sent payment yesterday. But I just got no Vanya we have not received payment So if you could tell me the blah blah blah. So I hung up. Rude. Short story missed payment has been paid. Vanya

Very good, can easily say very friendly kind & respectful. Don't have to ask 20 Questions. Also you are covered as soon as you are approved there and then, no up front payments, fortnite or monthly installments very easy and good 😊

The lady (in Australia) was very knowledgeable, she was pleasant to deal with. I find when people read from a script, they tend to talk fast and don't stop to give first time clients to ask a question. You have to continually interrupt them to ask a specific question about what they have said (which made me feel uncomfortable).
