It's hard to review my purchase because despite giving them a valid email address, apparently the email bounced back. So they called me, I provided an alternative email address, but so far have not received the Welcome email. My three star rating is based on that. However, I would give a five star rating for the way the agent dealt with my enquiry for funeral insurance, and once I do receive the welcome email and can review the written copy of the policy, I'm sure that I will be able to change my rating :)

The service I received from the agent that dealt with my request for information about funeral insurance was excellent - 5 star. But sadly, despite providing a valid email address, I was informed by the company that the email had bounced back. I provided them another email address but have still not received the Welcome email yet, nor the policy, so I can't review any further.

Every thing was to perfection.. The person thatt took my initial enquiry and follow ed through at every stage of the buying process.. was: highly professional, as answering all my questions without any hesitation. Obviously, she had great knowledge of the product, extremely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and service. All details were explained, in a way that I understood immediately.. The follow up by email option to simply click on the call back request box when ready to discuss the policy and confirm that I indeed I did want to purchase it. Was surburb in that she called me back within 2 minutes!!! I have noted this sales feature and will be definitely implementing it my company which is in development. One could sense her smile, hear her professional and light hearted humourous voice. All this added up to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. She was delightful in every way and at every time of contact. Her communication skills were outstanding!!! I shall never expect the same level of service again because it was and is so rare.
