I spoke with Long, he covered all the bases explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing which bothered me slightly was giving my banking details over the phone. With so many scammers etc out there a more secure way to complete details such as banking would have been better in my opinion.

I find when people read from a script, they tend to talk fast and don't stop to give first time clients to ask a question. You have to continually interrupt them to ask a specific question about what they have said (which made me feel uncomfortable).
