Their staff member Zak made my dealing with seniors easy and informative with no hard sale, a touch of humour but also a high level of sensitivity. Making sure that I clearly understood the arrangement within the policy putting me at ease with my decision. He included details of seniors underwriters so I could confirm their status and providing a good sense of stability.

The rep was thorough although spoke quite fast (He was a good salesman). Product was quite expensive compare to an offer from my existing insurance. However it did offer greater benefits particularly if I live beyond 85 years (Unlikely as I have cancer which may shorten my life somewhat). Overall a good experience.

A bit pricey but not as fair as I would have liked. The reduction in premiums should be 10% every 5 yrs-a bit stingy being 5%. But overall, an excellent product.

Speed of response to my email seeking a quote (less than five minutes); such a helpful response (from Benjamin); a fortnightly cost of only two bottles of cheap red or only two thirds of an hour of my gardening hourly rate; and, once I had decided to accept, all done in one further phone call, pending receipt of a hard copy for reading the fine print.

Victor of NZ Seniors was a delight to work with. He was open and clear in what my needs were, helpful and informative. Polite and respectful. Cannot fault him. As for taking on an insurance (Funeral Cover) - the contract accepted looks to me to be far and away the best one to choose for myself. I am a paper person though and look forward to receiving the paper copy by mail in due course. Thanks so much for the various options available to choose from.

Surprised with what the policy offered . Very happy with the payments and reduction after 12 months, and to know I'm covered immediately makes me feel comfortable knowing my children won't have a problem with funds as it triples my cover from 10k to 30k.after my death...Very Happy 😊 ☺
